“Taking the FitTime 12 week challenge has changed my body immensely! I was extremely surprised with the results I achieved and in such a short time too! I’ve currently lost about 22 pounds, whilst increasing my strength and fitness enormously. I’ve previously tried keeping to an exercise program, but it lacked structure and quickly fell apart after a few weeks leaving me disappointed. I thought maybe it was me…maybe I would just never have a great set of abs.
But look at me now! I went from scruff to buff!
FitTime solved the problem for me, with fully structured eating and workout plans. The workouts aren’t complex and the food I eat now really feels like the food I should be eating. My energy levels have increased, and I no longer feel tired waking up early, even when I don’t get a full 8 hours sleep. I’m also noticing I am able to study more efficiently.
My favourite part of the program has to be the audio trainers. They help me keep moving throughout my workout, and don’t allow me to slack off and waste time during my workout. They are so simple to use, I can’t imagine working out without them again.”

I’ve been going to gym for about 10 years, maintaining a level of fitness and health to support a chronic lower back problem. I recently had a six month break from exercise as a result of injuries, pressures of work and a lack of motivation. I took on the FitTime 12 week challenge as a means of getting me back into an exercise routine.
The structured exercise program was easy to follow and I liked the length of the workouts. 1 hour at the gym is much more achievable in my life than 2 hours, and I worked a lot harder too. The audio trainers kept me going through the cardio sessions and the resistance workouts were easily adapted for me if there was an exercise that I couldn’t or wouldn’t do.
A few adjustments to my eating and training habits combined with a commitment to myself and I was amazed at the results I achieved. Imagine what I could have achieved if I’d been following the FitTime program for the past 10 years!
I am fitter, healthier and stronger than I have ever been and I love my new physique - I've lost 25.4 pounds of fat and a total of 19 inches off my whole body! FitTime has changed my life, mentally and physically, it can change yours too!

“I have already lost 64 pounds of fat!!!”
I just wanna say thanks to you both. I woke up this morning and it dawned on me...my back wasn’t sore. I couldn’t remember the last time I got out of bed without feeling crippling back pain.
I have already lost 64 pounds of fat and just feel so much better. I have more energy and I don’t get tired like I used to. Since I started the FitTime 12 week challenge the complements have been coming thick and fast! The other day someone I hadn’t seen for a while said that I look at least 8 years younger! You can’t imagine how good that can make you feel.
I had tried to lose weight in the past but nothing ever worked. Now that I know how to do it, it is literally melting off me...I’ll keep you guys posted with my progress...

“I took up the FitTime 12 week challenge not knowing what to expect. I was very anti-exercise in any form, and thought it would be the worst 12 weeks of my life! What I found was a program that was easy to use, with detailed and plain English instructions, that really gets results! I dropped a whole dress size in less than 4 weeks!
The diet advice really opened my eyes as to how easy it is to eat healthy food that actually tastes good. And the program gives you the flexibility to include eating out or social activities without freaking out or feeling guilty about calories.
The exercises accommodate all levels of fitness, and show you how to train with correct technique, which enables you to get results quickly and safely.
The online support was also really helpful, if I had any questions about technique or what I should or shouldn't be doing, they were very quick in replying to me with helpful and detailed information.
My lifestyle is so different now that I have done the FitTime 12 week challenge. Believe it or not now I actually enjoy exercising!
Not only can I see the positive changes in my body, but all my friends, family and colleagues keep telling me how great I look! I have so much more knowledge about food and diet, that I know I can tailor the program to my own requirements for the rest of my life.
